2012 Olympics - LONDON
During the London 2012 Games the Aquatics Centre will be the venue for Swimming, Paralympic Swimming, Diving, Synchronised Swimming, Water Polo and the Aquatics discipline of the Modern Pentathlon.
It will have a 50m competition pool, a 25m competition diving pool, a 50m warm-up pool and a ‘dry’ warm-up area for divers. The Water Polo competition will be held next to it in a temporary 5,000-seat venue with competition and warm-up pools.

FINA Swim Suit Rules

Here's FINA/USA Swimming's sketch up of the rules for USA and FINA regulated swim meets.
Quickly:
1) Men may only wear jammers or briefs. Women may wear normal competitive suits, or kneeskins.
2) Suit fabric must be of textile quality, i.e. the suit should not be able to float on its own;-)
3) Suits may not sport zippers or other fastening equipment (less the waist tie on a jammer or brief).
